Treatments & Fees
Kevin treats only one person at a time to provide concentrated attention to your needs, answer your questions and to deliver solution-oriented quality treatment. Treating one person at a time also allows different therapy approaches that support and enhance one another strategically and maximize your treatment. This means less visits in the long run.
Treatment Time & Payment:
Treatments last 1.5 hrs. for the first visit. Return office visits are 1 hour. Payment is due at the beginning of the treatment session unless some other previous arrangement has been made. Any supplements or herbal patches are charged in addition to treatment fee. Payments may be made with cash, check or credit card. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Android Pay.
Insurance: Healing Axis does not accept insurance. Healing Axis can provide documentation (patient charts and notes, etc.) for insurance carriers but payment is due at time of visit.

Missed Appointments
Cancellations must be made with at least a 24 hr. notice. There is a $65. missed appointment fee unless there is an emergency. If cancellations are frequent it is up to the practitioner's discretion whether there will be a full charge.

Facial rejuvenation: approximately 1.5 hrs. $130.
Sound therapy: sound therapy using tuning forks, $90.
